What This Service Covers

Mexican Saltillo and Cuban tile are South Florida classics. They're also some of the most fragile flooring we work with, and we'll tell you straight what's possible before you spend a dollar.

Mexican tile is sun-baked clay with a soft outer shell. That shell isn't very hard. When it cracks or wears through, you can't fully restore it, but you can clean it, deep-seal it, and protect what's left. Cuban tile is similar but typically holds up better. Either way, we approach this work with honesty: tell you what we can fix, what we can't, and what your floor will look like when we're done.

Why It Lasts

The Foundation-First difference.

When they make Mexican tiles, they put them out on the fields and the sun makes the shell. That shell isn't very hard. The sun isn't 500 degrees. We're honest about the limits.

Honest, Transparent Quotes

Every floor is different. Every job is custom-quoted.

Pricing depends on surface, prep needed, square footage, and finish. We don't give over-the-phone quotes because every floor is different, but the on-site assessment is free, and the quote is honest with no surprises.
